XiltriX North America provides 24/7 live agent monitoring systems to biotech and biopharma labs and facilities that need to prevent sample loss and maintain compliance.

We design, install and validate a robust system of hardware, sensors and software that meets specific environmental parameters. Then, we monitor the system to keep it fully operational at all times. When an alarm sounds, we help diagnose, evaluate and address problems. All covered under a simple monthly subscription.

XiltriX has 40+ years of experience making monitoring simple for complex environments. Our systems are GxP / FDA 21 CFR Part 11 Compliant and SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 9001:2015 Certified, and we support compliance with fast, audit-ready reports. XiltriX is the only monitoring solution with problem-solvers included, ensuring smooth operations, swift action, and strict compliance.

Our Story

Over 40 years ago, we set out to transform the way critical environments were monitored. What began with the development of an automated temperature registration system has evolved into a comprehensive solution that now safeguards life science environments worldwide. Since then, we’ve been developing our own hardware, software, and firmware.

Building on the success of our technology in Europe, we identified a common challenge: human error and burdensome system upkeep are the primary causes of catastrophic losses in the life science industry. To address this, we founded XiltriX North America in 2018, introducing our revolutionary Monitoring-as-a-Service approach.

We understand that scientists, lab directors, and facilities teams usually already have a full plate, and they are experts in their respective fields –not in environmental monitoring.
